4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁

수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 게임 서버 운영을 위해 서버 인프라를 사용하며, 이는 데이터 저장·전송이라는 목적 범위 안에서만 쓰입니다.

5. 안전 조치

기기와 서버 사이의 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS/WSS)되어 전송됩니다. 서버 접근은 운영에 필요한 최소 인원으로 제한합니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

게임은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Studio Palcon (“we”) operates the mobile game CastleLife(the “Game”). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, how long it is kept and how it is deleted.

In short — the Game does not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, payment details, precise location, contacts or photos. There is no sign-up; you are signed in anonymously using a device identifier. The Game contains no advertising and no real-money purchases. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

1. What we collect and why

Device identifier	Anonymous sign-in, so you can keep playing on the same device without creating an account.
Nickname, avatar, guild	Profile, guild, ranking and friend features. Visible to other players.
Game progress	Saving and restoring your village, resources, army and stage records.
Chat messages	Delivering messages between players, and reviewing reports of abuse.
In-game activity	Actions such as construction, stage attempts and battle results, used for balancing and diagnosing incidents.
Error and performance logs	Finding the cause when the app crashes or a save fails.

2. Retention

Game progress and profile data are kept while your account exists. In-game activity records and error/performance logs are deleted 30 days after collection.

3. Deleting your data

Running Reset in the in-game settings closes your account and deletes the game data stored on our servers. You may also write to contact@palcon.ai to request deletion.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use server infrastructure to run the Game, used solely to store and transmit the data described above.

5. Security

All traffic between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Server access is limited to the people who need it to operate the Game.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your data by writing to the address below.

8. Changes

If this policy changes we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page, and announce significant changes in the Game.
